Inhumane degradation terror

Horrid dominance of the beast of parasites and carnage. Grinding males upward by his right hand while the left violates the females. Also consuming and vomiting the slaughtered mass by his intestinal tentacles, mixing flesh and filth into a massive slop of putrid human matter.
